- Website Development– Designed, built, debugged and managed several dynamic, responsive, user friendly websites. Optimized for speed, organic searches and functionality with the mobile user in mind. Incorporated full, secure ecommerce capabilities and credit card processing. PCI compliant.
- Corporate Branding & Creative Design– Developed all marketing, sales and promotional materials including: packaging, product brochures, product and advertising copy, instruction manuals, newsletters and info graphics.
- Marketing & Sales– Identified and solicited key accounts. Built lasting relationships with buyers and managers to coordinate all facets of supply chain dynamics including product pricing, packaging, placement and promotions. Exhibited at several international trade fairs including: CES, High Point Market, Chicago Housewares Show, World Market.
- Product Development-From concept through design and prototyping. Many of my products were proprietary, either designed by me or in concert with a local designer.
- Manufacturing & Importing– Sourced manufacturers while traveling extensively through Taiwan, China and Mexico. Negotiated pricing, contracts, letters of credit and coordinated with local export agents. Ultimately, decided to manufacture our furniture in the USA.
